      白菜炒木耳１、白菜用手撒片；（這一步可是關鍵哦，用手撕的可比用刀切得好吃多了，還省事兒，特別適合俺介個懶銀，嘿嘿～）# g, M5 [( W: C: G& q
      
２、木耳用溫水泡五分鐘變軟，摘去根部，洗凈，蔥、姜切絲；* W6 ]2 N; U" q* n5 p/ v* p
      
３、鍋中放油，小火加熱，放入花椒、八角炒出香味，放入蔥、姜炒出香味兒，再放入白菜片，大火翻炒均勻；4 V8 [! ]% O* n  A* P5 ]
      
４、白菜片炒至微微變軟時，倒入老抽翻炒均勻，放入白糖、醋適量；6 u! D4 x, p, G  i' d: {
